This booking form does NOT CONFIRM your reservation. It sends us your booking request. We will reply to your shortly to confirm our availability and details to go forward with the booking.

1 - To complete your booking we require the payment of a non-refundable deposit via PayPal or International Bank Transfer. 

• 50% of the total amount of the rental for the House if the booking is made over 30 days before check in (100% payment is required for bookings in Peak Season  - 16th December to 10th January)

• 100% of the rental for the House if the booking request is made within 30 days of the proposed date of commencement of the term,

• or such other amount that the owner determines and advises the renter in writing.

The balance of the rental, if any, is payable by the renter one month (30 days) prior to the renter checking in the House.

2 - “Noi Village Residence” is a private residential development owned by many people. The houses have 2 bedrooms and have been designed for occupation by a maximum of five(5) people (including children and/or babies).

3 - Our houses are strickly non smoking. Please use the designated area outside the house.

4 - Pets are not permitted (exceptions may apply)

5 -  On arrival you will be required to leave a fully refundable security deposit - 15,000 baht paid in cash (or equivalent amount in EUR or USD)

6 - Each guest will be asked show their passport and visa (ID card acceptable for Thai people). We will take a photocopy as required by the authorities.
